Kennedy ABA in North Carolina is seeking BCBA professionals for in-person work in home and community settings. Hybrid options available with flexible daytime hours and caseload-based scheduling.

You will evaluate and implement behavior intervention plans and supervise RBTs to support client progress. Applicants must have an active BCBA certification and experience with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Thrive in hands-on, in-person settings.

Responsabilités

• Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborating closely with families and caregivers.
• Analyzing data and making real-time treatment adjustments.
