Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensed to practice in Indiana.
• Experience in ABA therapy for children with Autism preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement ABA programs tailored to each child.
• Perform functional assessments and progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support at-home therapy.
• Provide parent training to empower families.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
