About the Role:

As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy IN, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA Therapy

• Providing Parent Training to empower families to continue therapy at home

• Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to ensure quality care

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Responsibilities:
