Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bloomington, Indiana team. We offer in-center and hybrid options, with a focus on delivering ABA therapy to children with ASD, driven by data-informed treatment plans.

You will lead treatment plans for ages 2-14, supervise RBTs, train families, and handle progress reporting and assessments, ensuring high-quality care and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Washington, IN.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14 with data-driven updates.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or per funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.).
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
