Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader in Riverside, CA. The role involves in-person oversight of a group of students, applying Think Together core agreements to maintain safe and respectful behavior, and serving as a positive role model.

You will support academic enrichment, assist with homework, and help create a welcoming environment. Strong English skills and relevant background checks are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a group of 20–25 students in-person, ensuring safety and behavior per core agreements.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through professional dress, speech and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment fostering belonging for students.
• Support students in positive behavior choices and apply disciplinary measures when needed.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, and parents.
• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment, and activity supervision.
