Magnet ABA Therapy in Toledo, OH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
