Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You’ll work closely with families, collect data, and help maintain individualized treatment plans in a supportive team environment. The position is in-person with flexible part-time or full-time options and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA concepts.
