Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in a in-person setting. You will implement BCBA-designed intervention plans and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills through structured ABA sessions.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism or developmental disabilities, knowledge of ABA, and the ability to engage with children and families.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress with data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
