Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in North Carolina to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies under supervision, collect data, and support progress towards goals in various settings.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, experience with ABA techniques, and a strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and approaches.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and confidentiality awareness.
• Ability to conduct assessments and gather relevant information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families and teams.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assist in assessments and intake to gather information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training to enhance skills in behavioral health.
• Support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.
