Job summary

Xanterra Yellowstone seeks a Commercial Laundry Facilities Manager to lead daily laundry operations, maintenance, and engineering for our historic lodges and guest services in Yellowstone. The role blends hands-on facility management with strategic planning to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time laundry services.

Located in Yellowstone, this full-time, year-round position requires 45+ hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on leadership, budgeting, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building skills for diverse teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial laundry systems, maintenance practices, and chemical use.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT/CDL, and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for operations and maintenance of the laundry facility.
• Develop annual strategic, staffing, and capital plans for the facility.
• Direct all laundry production activities: scheduling, staffing, throughput, inventory, quality assurance.
• Oversee maintenance of assets, preventive and corrective programs, and CMMS records.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and capital investments.
• Coordinate with Lodging, Engineering, and other departments; report to senior leadership.
