Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent; or minimum one year related experience preferred.
• Prior high-touch customer service and follow-up experience required.
• Candidates with warehouse recruiting/recruiting support experience preferred.
• Prior Oracle or other applicant tracking system experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal communication a plus.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Search for new candidates matching the provided job description as directed by Staffing team.
• Assist recruiter and warehouse hiring specialist in posting jobs via boards and state sites.
• Screen resumes in Taleo to identify candidates meeting minimum qualifications.
• Conduct brief phone screening conversations.
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records on applicant status and respond to applicants.
• Coordinate onsite hiring events and Meet & Greets for warehouse candidates.
• Assist in providing offer letters and initiating background screening.
