Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P., headquartered in Reading, PA, seeks a Recruiting Assistant for the Warehouse Hiring Center. The role supports candidate sourcing and hiring process administration with emphasis on positive candidate experiences and detail-oriented task execution.

This office-first position requires 4 days in the office, with a Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm schedule. Strong follow-up, data capture, and technology skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum one year related experience preferred.
• Prior high-touch customer service and follow-up experience required.
• Candidates with prior warehouse recruiting/recruiting support highly preferred.
• Prior Oracle or other applicant tracking system experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual, fluent English/Spanish written and verbal communication is a plus.
• Must know Word and Excel and be internet savvy.

Mansioni

• Upon direction from a member of Penske's Staffing team, search for new candidates matching the provided job description.
• May assist recruiter, and warehouse hiring specialist, in posting jobs via job boards, college career sites, and state workforce sites.
• Screens resumes from databases and applications from Penske's Taleo system to identify candidates meeting minimum qualifications.
• May conduct brief phone screening conversations.
• May schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintains accurate records on applicant status and provides timely responses to all applicants.
• Assist in coordination of onsite hiring events and Meet & Greets for warehouse candidates.
• May assist in providing offer letters and initiating/communicating the background screening process for selected candidates.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
