Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Hiring Specialist to source, interview, and hire hourly warehouse workers for Penske Logistics.

You will greet candidates by phone, explain the value of Penske, and guide them through a complete recruitment lifecycle in a call center environment. This office-first role is based in Reading, PA with remote support across the United States and Canada, typically 4 days in-office, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or hiring warehouse workers is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet, searches, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage warehouse leads via calls, email, social media, resumes, and referrals.
• Conduct phone interviews and hiring decisions following Penske's process.
• Coordinate background checks and Meet & Greet schedules with location managers.
