Job summary

ComForCare in Maryville, TN is seeking caring CNAs to join our team. You will provide personal care, ensure safe transfers, manage medications reminders, prepare meals, light housekeeping, and offer companionship.

We value compassion, reliability, and clear communication with families and staff. Flexible schedule options include full-time, part-time and PRN, with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or equivalent experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Demonstrates compassion and dependability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Safe transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Medication reminders and monitoring.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and engaging conversations.
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s care where needed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Transport to appointments and errands when applicable.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you may assist clients with:

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification or experience
• Current CPR certification if available
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with dementia care is a plus but not required
