Job summary

Ragle Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and payroll operations. This in‑office role will handle general accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and month‑end close in a fast‑paced environment.

You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, process invoices, and assist with weekly payroll. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of experience; construction cost experience is a plus,

• Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and payroll operations. This role will handle general accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Process invoices, expense reports, and customer payments
• Support billing and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll records
• Support financial reporting, job cost tracking, and WIP schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Payroll processing experience required
• Construction or job cost accounting experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Work Environment

• In-office position in the DFW area
• Occasional extended hours during payroll cycles or month-end close
