Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional social media experience across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Experience with social media management, publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of social analytics, algorithms, audience development and performance optimization.
• Experience working with influencers, creators or strategic social partnerships.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to adjust tone per platform.
• Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy and develop an organic social media plan to grow awareness, engagement and audience across platforms.
• Define and maintain an authentic, engaging voice across every social channel.
• Create platform-specific approaches for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
• Lead planning and development of social-first campaigns and engaging posts.
• Build a community by encouraging conversation, engagement and long-term growth.
• Monitor trends and platform changes to turn insights into content ideas.
• Identify and build relationships with creators and brand advocates for partnerships.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate on-site content shoots and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Run the content calendar and keep activity timely and organized.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into recommendations.
