Job summary

Truist is hiring for an in-office Small Business Banking role focused on meeting the needs of Small Business clients domiciled in the Retail Community Bank. You will work with clients, branch bankers, underwriters and product specialists to grow relationships and provide a full range of financial solutions.

The role requires five days in the office, extensive telephone-based client contact, and performance-driven revenue growth within the Small Business segment.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree required.
• 5–10+ years of sales/ client relationship management experience in banking/financial products, including Small Business.
• Strong knowledge of how a business operates and full set of financial solutions for Small Business.
• Proven ability to conduct business via telephone, proactive client contact, rapport building and presenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via telephone to assess needs and recommend products/services.
• Manage/solve complex servicing issues for clients within Truist.
• Proactively contact targeted clients and set up appointments for financial reviews.
• Facilitate credit requests within Retail Community Bank thresholds.
• Meet individual performance goals of revenue/profit growth.
