Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC seeks a Small Business Direct Advisor to deliver relationship-based advisory and solutions to a segment of small business clients. You will assess client needs, present financial management solutions, and manage the end-to-end process with partners to ensure a high-quality client experience.

You will collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and risk-conscious service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent financial services education, training, and work-related experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via telephone to assess needs and recommend products and services
• Perform application and fulfillment process directly on some solutions
• Manage product and solution opportunities to fulfill deposits, loans, and fees
• Refer to product and fulfillment experts as required
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Engage with partners to drive revenue growth and retention
