Job summary

Network Essentials, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Dispatcher / Coordinator to join our Managed Services team in Charlotte, NC. This in-office role will coordinate ticket flow, assign work to technicians, and ensure timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and a professional demeanor. MSP experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• MSP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the service desk ticket queue throughout the day.
• Review, prioritize, categorize, and assign incoming tickets appropriately.
• Assign work based on technician skills, workload, urgency, and client requirements.
• Coordinate escalations between technicians and higher-level resources.
• Maintain accurate ticket and scheduling information in ConnectWise.
• Balance technician workloads and resolve scheduling conflicts.
