Job summary

NJ Labs seeks a Marketing + Commercial Operations Associate to manage digital marketing, lead follow-up, and system integrations across the lead-to-invoice lifecycle.

You will own HubSpot activities, support content creation, and coordinate marketing campaigns while aligning with sales and lab operations. This role offers in-office work in New Jersey and growth within a growing life sciences services provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years in marketing, sales operations, or commercial support in life sciences or B2B.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience and workflows.
• Familiarity with multiple systems (QBench, Monday.com, QuickBooks, Zapier).
• Strong writing, detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
• Familiarity with Canva or WordPress and LinkedIn marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and follow up through email, phone, and HubSpot sequences.
• Plan and execute email campaigns, LinkedIn content, and website updates.
• Prepare quotes and onboard new clients, including portal access.
• Maintain CRM data and build pipeline dashboards for leadership.
• Own HubSpot administration and integrations across systems.
• Bridge sales, lab operations, IT, and billing to ensure lifecycle flow.
• Coordinate trade show logistics and lead follow-up.
