Job summary

Medical Packaging Inc LLC in Flemington, NJ, is seeking a versatile in-office Sales/Marketing Support role. You will split time between sales support activities—order entry, lead routing, reporting, CRM administration—and marketing support such as maintaining collateral and coordinating trade shows.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, production, shipping, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems preferred (Microsoft Business Central a plus).
Experience with Salesforce and related marketing analytics tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.
Experience delivering presentations via Teams or other online platforms.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately via order entry and CRM updates.
Review inbound leads and route them per territory guidelines; support distribution.
Maintain marketing collateral and manage internal drive for accessibility.
Coordinate trade show logistics and marketing campaigns; track marketing activity.
Create reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint; present data in meetings.
Maintain CRM data quality and support cross‑functional process improvements.
