Securitas is seeking a full-time Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ (in office). You will recruit for security officer roles and handle HR administration tasks. Responsibilities include phone screens, interviews, offers, and transfers, plus training support and event participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug/background).

Responsibilities

• Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, and internal transfers.
• Assist with new hire training and orientation.
• Participate in hiring events.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Perform various HR/Administrative duties.
• District Manager Support.
