Job summary

Workway BancForce in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking Real Estate Title Processors/Closers for full-time, in-office roles. Candidates will manage files from Sales Contract through Processing to closing disclosures, coordinating with parties to clear title issues and ensure compliance with lender instructions.

Requires 3+ years in a title processing/closing role; bilingual Spanish and FL Title Agent License are preferred. Not remote; in-office schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Title position handling Processing and/or Closing.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle a file from Sales Contract through Processing and preparing the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
• Contact appropriate parties to gather documents and clear title issues when necessary to assist the processing team.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
• Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
• Closers - Responsible for preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD & package.
