Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to balance daily operations with owner and resident experiences in Missoula, MT. You will maintain property conditions, keep accurate records, and resolve tenant and owner concerns quickly and professionally.

This is an in-office role requiring attention to multiple priorities and strong communication. This position emphasizes compliance, timely reporting, and ensuring properties meet deadlines while delivering exceptional experiences for residents

Qualifications

• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in residential property management is a bonus; training offered.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and tenant/owner communications.
• Review invoices, coordinate with owners for payments.
• Monitor rent status, issue notices and coordinate evictions as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance with teams and approve reasonable repairs.
• Maintain lease files, reports, and compliance records.
• Conduct property inspections and market surveys for pricing.
