Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS) in Georgetown, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to drive successful technical projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on coordinating activities, managing intake, and handling orders with strong data entry skills.

This in-office, hourly position emphasizes timely updates to all stakeholders and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have project coordination and data entry experience, Excel proficiency, and certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Google Project Mgmt. Certification or equivalent PM training courses.
• Proven experience in project coordination/data entry.
• Strong understanding and proficient use using EXCEL.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities (set up Project/receiving and shipping orders) to meet schedule and ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Help manage change orders and ensure that all modifications are documented and communicated to relevant parties.
• Effectively track project tasks and facilitate communication between project managers and internal stakeholders.
