Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS) in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technical rack integration and configuration services from inception to completion. This on-site role demands strong PM skills, client communication, and the ability to manage change orders and submittals to meet scope, time, and budget requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years PM experience, preferably PMP/CAPM, and must be onsite daily.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of PM experience.
Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong written and verbal customer communication experience.
Strong Excel knowledge/use.
PMP or CAPM preferred.
Daily Onsite/In-Office Attendance required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Review and approve change orders and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular check-in meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure processes are followed.
Prepare and present project reports, including status updates to stakeholders.
Identify continuous improvement as a standard practice and empower teams to manage projects effectively.
