Job summary

Miller International, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Assistant at our Denver, Colorado headquarters to support the Product Development team’s daily operations. The role requires an in-office presence and a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience.

Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with responsibilities including coordinating with factories, maintaining schedules, and assisting with sourcing and documentation. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends instructions; writes simple correspondence; presents information clearly.
• Strong math skills: ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages; read charts/bars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with customers, clients, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive work atmosphere by effective communication with customers, clients, coworkers, and management.
• Gather weekly factory updates and update tracking spreadsheets.
• Attend weekly calendar meetings and provide department updates.
• Support sourcing by collecting samples and garment information; create spreadsheets.
• Assist coordinators with issuing sample purchase orders as needed.
• Set up and organize style folders on FTP site; upload draped CADs and art pages.
• Enter measurements into Blue Cherry; wash samples for test procedures.
• Sort emails and route information to the proper Technical Designer.
