The role centers on delivering excellent service to customers and account managers while maintaining high satisfaction.

1–2 years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems are valued. The position is not remote and offers a competitive hourly salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service support or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on location; this position is not remote.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships with customers, account managers, and team members.
• Communicate via phone and email to answer questions on order status, shipping, and product information.
• Direct and process purchase orders from order capture to customer delivery with warehouse coordination.
• Verify accuracy of purchase orders for terms, pricing, and delivery information.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
