In this in-office position, you will manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, with substantial support from our legal staff, focusing on delivering diligent, client-centered representation.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas Bar License required.
• Experience handling personal injury cases preferred.
• Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Evaluate cases and determine whether to accept representation.
• Provide legal guidance and well-reasoned case evaluations.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
• Handle negotiations and other legal matters related to assigned cases.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and other members of the litigation team.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong organization.
• Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
