Overview

Join our personal injury law firm as a Senior Associate Attorney and become an integral part of a dedicated team committed to advocating for the rights of individuals who have suffered injuries. With over a decade of experience in personal injury law, you will independently handle cases with minimal assistance, ensuring justice and fair compensation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management

TeamLeadership:Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and case managers. Responsible for hiring, training, and, if necessary, terminating team members to ensure top performance and alignment with the firm’s goals.

PerformanceEvaluation:Regularly review and assess the performance of attorneys and case managers. Ensure they meet case management expectations and adhere to deadlines.

Case Management

IndependentCaseloadManagement:Handle a personal caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

DeadlineCompliance:Meet with attorneys and case managers to ensure all cases are managed effectively and deadlines are consistently met.

Client Advocacy and Communication

ClientRepresentation:Provide compassionate and effective representation to clients. Prioritize their needs and interests throughout the legal process to ensure a favorable outcome.

RegularClientUpdates:Maintain open communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and their legal options.

Negotiations and Court Representation

SettlementNegotiations:Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure favorable settlements for clients.

CourtAppearances:Represent clients in various court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations, etc.

LegalTeamCollaboration:Work collaboratively with the legal team to share insights and develop strategies for case management and advocacy. Foster an environment of mutual support and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.

Experience:A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a personal injury law firm is highly desirable.
