Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

• Handle negotiations and other legal matters related to assigned cases.

We are seeking Texas-licensed attorneys at various experience levels, including Junior Associate, Senior Associate, Litigation Attorney, and Senior Litigation Attorney.

Our attorneys handle a variety of personal injury matters, including commercial and non-commercial auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, work injuries, and more.

Position Overview

Attorneys at John K. Zaid & Associates are responsible for handling all aspects of their assigned personal injury cases, from inception through resolution.

Attorneys manage their own dockets with significant support from our legal staff, allowing them to focus on practicing law rather than administrative busywork.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution
