Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in insurance defense, general liability defense, premises liability, or personal injury defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 40–60 active litigation matters.
• Represent insurance carriers, businesses, and other clients in civil and insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
