PURE HomeRiver in Scottsdale seeks an Operations Manager who thrives on results and growth. You will lead the property management team, drive portfolio expansion, and ensure profitable operations through disciplined processes and strong vendor, client, and resident relations.

This in-office role requires an AZ real estate license, several years of residential property management and supervisory experience, and a BA.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Real Estate License required.
• Residential property management experience required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• BA degree preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant housing and licensing laws.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
• Collaborate with Broker on marketing and portfolio growth.
• Oversee cost/expense control for portfolios.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and residents.
• Monitor financials and prepare periodic reports.
• Lead resolution of portfolio-related disputes.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and coverage planning.
