Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Fort Madison, IA. This full-time, in-office role focuses on managing a diverse book of personal insurance clients, handling changes, endorsements, and value-added services.

The candidate will renew policies, process endorsements, support sales and cross-sell, document interactions professionally, and uphold high service standards while working with carriers and clients. Licensing and experience are required.

Qualifications

• Able to handle renewals and re-shop as needed.
• Able to handle endorsements with carriers and review for accuracy-purposes.
• Able to work on Risk Control recommendations.
• Able to work on Notice of Cancellations and seek reinstatement.
• Able to handle other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices
• Process endorsements for clients
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts
• Cross sell additional lines of business to existing customers (Once licensed)
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
