Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for an in-office, full-time role in the Phoenix area. The position focuses on servicing and selling personal insurance, managing endorsements, renewals, and a diverse client book.

Licensing is required to perform cross-sell activities and carrier interactions. We offer a strong benefits package and a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to grow within a national independent agency network.

Qualifications

• Carrier knowledge is required.
• Able to handle renewals and re-shop as needed.
• Able to handle endorsements with carriers and review for accuracy.
• Able to work on risk control recommendations.
• Able to handle notices of cancellations and seek reinstatement.
• Able to handle other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer client questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers (licensed).
• Support designated sales staff.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Document contact opportunities with accuracy.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
