Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support the sales and service of commercial insurance clients. You will handle changes, updates, and value-added services for a diverse book of accounts.

The role requires active Property & Casualty license, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position at a local Inszone location with opportunities to grow within a nationwide agency.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience with active Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
• Team oriented, collaborative, positive attitude and energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer clients' questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
