Job summary

Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our in-office teams in Braintree, Ludlow, Milford or Rehoboth, MA.

You will manage home, auto, umbrella and other personal lines, delivering excellent client service and proactive coverage recommendations. With 3 years of Personal Lines experience and a MA P&C license preferred, you will collaborate with carriers and cross-sell to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager (preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction.
