Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our in-office team in Rehoboth, MA. You will manage personal lines policies, serve clients, and work closely with carriers to place and underwrite coverage.

Requirements include at least 3 years of Personal Lines experience, and a MA Property & Casualty license. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Applied Epic, are essential. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction.
