Alera Group in Rehoboth, MA is seeking a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will manage a book of personal line policies and provide exceptional service. The role emphasizes policy placement, underwriting collaboration with carriers, and opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.

Massachusetts P&C license preferred. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 per year and is commission eligible; comprehensive benefits are included; on-site

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Personal Lines as an account manager (preferred).
• Massachusetts Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Strong understanding of Personal Lines products and coverages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic agency management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction.
