Alera Group, Inc. is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager in Milford, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of Personal Lines P&C account management experience and a valid Massachusetts P&C License. Responsibilities include advising clients, driving growth, evaluating exposures, and managing workflows using Applied Epic. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Lines P&C account management experience.
• Valid Massachusetts P&C License is required.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting requirements.
• Experience with Applied Epic strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and service Personal Lines clients with high-touch experience.
• Drive growth through quoting and cross-sell.
• Evaluate exposures and recommend coverage changes.
• Manage workflows in Applied Epic with compliance.
• Partner with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes.
