Job summary

Lifespark seeks an on-site PC Hardware Technician in Saint Louis Park, MN to troubleshoot, remediate, and document hardware. You will handle staging, installs, IT helpdesk support, and contribute to policy and best practices across hardware assets.

Responsibilities include building/repairing desktop hardware, maintaining asset records, imaging machines, and providing hardware-related user support. Requires 1 year of hardware experience and an A+ certification or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

A+ Certification (or willingness to learn).
Technical support: 1 year preferred.
At least 1 year of corporate hardware and asset management.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks according to SLAs.
Strong problem solving for hardware related issues.

Responsibilities

PC Build / Repair - Installing desktop hardware, software and peripherals as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and training.
Research hardware standards and vendor recommendations.
Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalate as needed.
Image machines and manage device accounts in AD.
Create and update documentation for all work aspects.
