Apex Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal for discovery review and case analysis in Little Rock, AR. The role supports attorneys by reviewing discovery responses, identifying deficiencies, and preparing detailed case analyses with recommended actions.

You will draft motions and correspondence, manage deadlines, and help prepare cases for trial or settlement, all while working under attorney supervision in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Requires litigation paralegal experience with discovery review and analysis.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery practices, and court deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review discovery, pleadings, and evidence to identify admissions, inconsistencies, incomplete responses, and missing documents.
• Prepare concise case analysis memoranda summarizing findings, outstanding issues, deadlines, and recommended actions with supporting rationale.
• Draft correspondence, discovery requests, pleadings, and motions for attorney review.
• Identify matters that may warrant additional discovery, motions, settlement discussions, or trial preparation.
• Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Alert attorneys to urgent issues and carry out approved litigation actions.
