Experience with Workday payroll is required. Ideal candidates will ensure tax compliance, data accuracy (garnishments, benefits, 401k), and timely responses to payroll inquiries.

• 6+ months of Workday for payroll experience required

Responsibilities

• Managing bi-weekly multi-state payroll process for 250+ employees within Workday
• Ensuring the organization is in compliance with state, federal, and local tax regulations
• Responding to employee payroll related inquiries timely while working to maintain positive working relationships
• Maintaining employee data; Ensuring garnishments, benefits, and 401k deductions are accurate
• Preparing any payroll related reports as needed
• Performing payroll reconciliation and schedules
• Supporting internal and external payroll audits
