Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems that turn marketing interest into scheduled patient consultations. This builder’s role emphasizes building, automating, testing, measuring and improving the marketing engine across tools like ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel and Instapage.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, intake, clinic operations and our data team to ensure leads reach the right person quickly while maintaining data quality in a compliant

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in marketing operations or a similar hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience administering ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo or Klaviyo.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Experience building and testing landing pages using Instapage, Unbounce, Webflow or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and lead routing.
• Strong knowledge of UTMs, conversion events, call tracking and attribution.
• Strong documentation and process-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lifecycle automations in ActiveCampaign from inquiry through consultation.
• Own Instapage program, building and maintaining landing pages and testing messaging.
• Use Mixpanel and reporting to understand patient journey and identify conversion drop-offs.
• Design workflows for lead routing and intake to speed-to-lead and follow-up.
• Link marketing spend to leads and scheduled consultations for attribution.
• Establish and maintain standards for UTMs, conversion tracking, call tracking and campaign measurement.
• Collaborate with data, privacy and legal teams to ensure healthcare marketing systems are compliant.
• Document processes to enable broader marketing campaigns.
