Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist for the Advanced Surgical division. You will create email campaigns, build landing page experiences, and coordinate multi-channel marketing requests from intake to deployment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded, able to bring structure to fast-moving campaigns while ensuring quality and compliance standards across emails, journeys, lists, and segments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot in strategizing, building and reporting.
3 years’ experience coordinating structured marketing workflows and campaign traffic.

Responsibilities

Accelerates buildout of SFDC (Pardot, MCI, MCA) with structure and segmentation.
Strategizes and executes email campaigns including landing pages.
Builds emails, journeys, lists, segments, landing pages, and form integrations in marketing automation platforms.
Coordinates creative needs for Marketing Automation projects with internal/external teams.
Manages intake, clarification, prioritization, routing, and timelines across stakeholders.
Monitors performance, protects deliverability, flags gaps or risks for optimization.
Troubleshoots issues with IT, analytics, creative, and platform resources.
