Compass is seeking a Marketing Advisor in Ridgewood, NJ to guide agents with white-glove marketing support and strategic campaigns that drive growth. You will coordinate multi-channel efforts, align with branding, and deliver high‑impact marketing initiatives for a varied portfolio of agents.

This role blends creative thinking with rigorous project management, leveraging tools like Keynote, Google Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, InDesign and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience within a brand, agency, or real estate brokerage.
• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven project management experience with deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and white-glove service as expert marketing advisors.
• Support marketing initiatives for a portfolio of agents to grow their business.
• Project manage custom agent marketing needs, coordinating design and vendors.
• Develop strategies across branding, print, digital, social, and paid media.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
• Understand market performance and regional nuances to inform campaigns.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure cohesive Compass-brand and agent-brand delivery.
• Deliver proactive, valuable experiences for customers.
• Inspire and lead teams through change with a positive approach.
