Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to two attorneys.
• Managing calendars and coordinating scheduling communications.
• Preparing and filing routine pleadings and legal documents.
• Locating and compiling case-relevant information.
• Ensuring compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.
• Scheduling with mediators, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Maintaining deadlines in accordance with policies and procedures.
