A-MAX Insurance is hiring for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent in Texas. The role combines customer service with sales, focusing on new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, and client development.

We offer licensing support and ongoing training to help you grow your career. You will work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with the team to build a strong client base while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Licensed in Texas (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with various types of insurance needs (new policies, edits, payments, renewals).
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurability and risk.
• Generate lists of prospective clients and develop clientele via networking/marketing.
• Handle administrative tasks including renewals and underwriting communications.
• Support daily office operations and routine housekeeping tasks.
