Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Valid Texas property & casualty license preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs and policies.
• Take payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles and assess risk for insurance eligibility.
• Develop client lists and market to attract new customers.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals and underwriting coordination.
