Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our specialty infusion pharmacy in Tempe, AZ. This is a non-IV compounding role with in-office work only, requiring involvement in order fulfillment, inventory, and clinical support under a pharmacist’s direction.

The position emphasizes sterile technique, regulatory compliance (USP standards, BOP), and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Arizona licensure, CPhT, and national certification are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Arizona required registration; PTCB/NHA certification preferred.
• Minimum experience as a technician in hospital or specialty infusion pharmacy setting preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Arizona in good standing; PTCB/NHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterile preparation of IV/infused medications under pharmacist direction in a compliant manner.
• Under supervision, handle data entry and maintain accurate patient/prescription records.
• Support in inventory management, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterile room standards in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and ongoing credentialing as required.
